Often when buying a property or premises most people do not even think about their guttering. In fact even us here at Posh Standards initially didn’t think of this until our Director had an issue with their gutter. Leaves and moss, over the years, had built up and water started flowing over the gutters which was causing issues on the roofing below. And this is all it takes.

Without obvious signs of an issue, you wouldn’t know it. Our Gutter Squad provide a cleaning service but also will advise you on how to keep your gutters clear and clean. This may mean a few more cleans a year or even downpipes also being cleaned. 

We also provide advise on which types of guttering to have. On some occasions, the standard guttering installed may not be enough. We carried out works on a premises recently and the usual standard guttering they had installed wasn’t working correctly. Our Gutter Squad inspected the site and advised their site would benefit from installing industrial box guttering. This allows for water to flow more easily and helps prevent build ups of debris.
